Investing in our city means investing in those that answer the call to serve. I was humbled to be in a room filled with people who have the resilience to help those most in need in their darkest moments, and for that, I applaud the recent Chicago Fire Department graduates.
@ChicagosMayor I’m starting to hope all these are AI generated or photoshopped so I know this new mayor (with all his big, bold plans for addressing the city’s challenges) is actually working on solutions and ready to communicate the steps he’s taking. Otherwise, all he’s taking: photos.
@ChicagosMayor Should’ve what you said to new police and incoming cadets. No one calls for LE bc they’re having a great time & want them to join. They’re called & expected to assess, engage & resolve in a FEW minutes. Mayor… implement those plans you said that’ll stop the violence…. NOW!
@ChicagosMayor To you and your peers , u all have protection maybe so not for civilians
@ChicagosMayor Agreed. And the same for our brave men and women serving in the Chicago Police Department.
@ChicagosMayor Then why doesn't the Chicago police department not have a contract after what 8 years
@ChicagosMayor Stop with "humbled" stuff. You are definitely not humble.
