X is so full of doom and gloom.. The most important thing in life is to keep moving and change as the market changes. Real estate in 2025 will be pretty easy because motivated homeowners can sell in days when they price it right.. Overprice sellers keep the market high

Crazy that Docusign for Realtor is so bad, and you can't even upgrade it to add text signing contracts.. And contracts don't even go though anymore.. Remember years ago Realtors pushed this product hard, now they get screwed..
