I took a day off, to go to the doctor and get fitted for a new knee brace. My phone has been blowing up because soldiers don't know shit about their jobs. I am seriously debating on retiring at the end of this contract (contractor).

I'm on the east coast, I get a call from a co-worker that works with 3rd Batt. He says I got a guy at NTC that needs help. Phone call happens, and I diagnosed the problem, and identify what needs to be replaced. I will not get credit for it, I am ok with that.
He grew up in a concert jungle with no dad. He is learning things today, I am going to pay him but he told me no. Yes he is getting paid $100 cash.
So I had a $725k mass spectrum analyzer running in my office, DPW decides to do a grid check and shut off power, without notifying anyone. They are not going to like that bill.
