You say have to study something before shipping us a replacement. That's senseless. You have not shipped a replacement, if you had there's be a record of it.
@madebygoogle How can it require multiple senior staff to handle replacement of a defective device? Am I your first customer? You don't have regular procedures on shiping replacements? Do you need to get help from @FedEx on how to ship a package? Maybe you could ask @GeminiApp for help.

I wouldn't have thought it possible, but after using Discord a few minutes, I hate it more than I did before. I was editing a post, and someone else posted, and that moved the box I was typing in. Discord must be written by Satan. You have to chase the box you're typing in?
If you sometimes make coffee in a Mr. Coffee style coffee maker when the pot's not empty, here's a mnemonic: Take it out, Pour it out, (hold it over the sink, pour even if it is empty) Put it in, (put in place) Check again. (Pull it out and verify you can see the bottom.)
