Firstly I am alive. A brutal last 4-5 miles in tropical conditions (dont get this weather up north!). In a perverse way really enjoyable.The crowd are first class and many thanks to all the volunteers. Well done to my fellow @CirculationFDN runners @ellieroseatkins @DaveRiding ..

@BootstrapCook @ArcuateLine You’re wonderful! I’m running for @CirculationFDN - saving lives by funding research into vascular disease, which has worse outcomes than most cancers. Vascular patients are more likely to be socially deprived and they need more support in their corner! uk.virginmoneygiving.com/EllieAtkins2
