Perhaps in a couple of decades we will have an @ITV drama on the building safety scandal & everyone will wring their hands & say how terrible that nobody listened at the time. That will be no good to those dealing with it now. Lives put on hold or in the worst case, lives lost.

why does the UK make home ownership such a stressful experience. it should be an experience to enjoy and feel like your life is progressing. on the contrary, it's exhausting, makes you feel completely stuck and there's no efficient way of getting issues resolved

@LiamSpender won a massive judgment against this company. @LKPleasehold has been reporting on their rips offs for years. If FirstPort is championing "a new era of building safety"...keep an eye on your bank accounts because your service charges will likely be skyrocketing.
