On directions of @PMOIndia to fill up the vacancies in Mission Mode, @cbic_india led by the Hon'ble @nsitharaman, has forwarded a proposal of One Time Relaxation in residency period for promotion to Inspector to @DoPTGoI Requesting @DrJitendraSingh & @DoptSecretary to expedite.

Respected @dghrd_cbic officials, It is our earnest request to fast-track the process of OTR in Inspector RR. A fortnight is already over since @cbic_india Board had requested to furnish the data. The OTR will result in thousands of promotions and filling up of vacancies.

A man who will be missed by thousands of ministerials of @cbic_india specially for getting OTR approved and promote approx 2500 Tax Assistants all over India. Thanks is just not a sufficient word what you’ve done for us. Many Congratulations on retirement to Sh Vivek Johri Sir.

Thanks to Hon'ble @PMOIndia for the encouraging words during #RozgarMela Hon'ble @PMOIndia in his speech today informed that we have made the process of promotions very smooth. However, @cbic_india is making this complicated by not following the statutory provisions of RRs.

एक तरफ माननीय प्रधानमंत्री जी @PMOIndia है जो रात दिन #MissionModeRecruitment को सफल बनाने के लिए मेहनत कर रहे हैं, दूसरी तरफ @cbic_india के अधिकारी हैं जो इसको सफल बनने से रोक रहें है, भर्ती नियमों के प्रावधानों को फोलो नहीं करके निम्न वर्गीय कर्मचारियों की पदोन्नति रोकना गलत है

When @cbic_india itself had considered that the relaxation has been granted ONLY in qualifying service then who was behind diverting/distorting the facts and creating a doubt on following the STATUTORY RECRUITMENT RULES. #Sr_Jr_Clause

#OTR_CBIC needs to be expedited in a time bound manner.
