BBQ sauce should not be the only way to eat BBQ it should exist only to enhance the flavors. If you need BBQ sauce you smoked and rubbed the meat wrong.

love it when people are like “diabetics don’t need insulin they just need to stop stuffing their faces with cakes!!!!” like my guy. I have to take insulin sometimes after showering. Cake is the least of my worries

@mimiT1D I used to be this way too. One day someone on Twitter told me to just give the insulin and keep eating because your blood sugar doesn’t make you “worthy or unworthy of eating”.
