It's kinda wild how my entire mood just goes to crash just because one photo of my ex.
Things are going kinda good. 2021 is looking like a good year for me.
I got a new table yesterday and I managed to ruin it today, I'm such a failure.
Why do I have a small break down every time I hear my neighbors have sex. Thank God they don't have it often but it completely ruins me.
I just got news from my friend that she has cancer. It's crazy cause when I was at my lowest I used to wish I had something like that to take me away. It really puts things in perspective.
I'm back to feeling miserable. Some one I hold dearly needed me an I wasn't there for her. I thought she'd needed space but all she needed was me. I feel so stupid.
Therapist meetings really are a blessing.
Every time something is going great and I'm excited for the future. I self sabotage myself for absolutely no reason.
Lowering my dose of antidepressants and having huge side effects. FUCK MY LIFE
I hate having these small depressive episodes. One moment everything is going great then boom from litterly nowhere the whole day gets ruined.
I had my first panic attack🙃 Honestly really scary.
Had another night of no sleep. Constantly waking up over and over for no reason. Blows...
Dont want to be young and sad another day longer.
One thing i hate about depression is having to take shitload of meds just to get out of bed. Like what the fuck!? Life isn't suppose to be this way.
