Why should the @CivResTribunal be vicariously liable for the bad faith actions of its independent members? Because the CRT legislation creates and enhances the risk of members abusing their positions...

@copyrightlaws decisions.civilresolutionbc.ca/crt/crtd/en/it… @CivResTribunal @shannonnsalter Even the @BCOmbudsperson agreed the moral rights issues that I so very clearly raised in my submissions were not decided. Misfeasance in public office doesn’t look good on the tribunal. @lawyersdailyca @Dave_Eby @tla_bc

Everyone needs to take a serious look at the tribunal that will be making @icbc decisions. They don’t base decisions on evidence & they don’t read everything before making a decision. @Dave_Eby @tla_bc @ROADforBC @lawyersdailyca @CTVVancouver @GlobalBC @VancouverSun

@lawyersdailyca @IWO_org @CivResTribunal @shannonnsalter @darin_thompson @tla_bc @Dave_Eby The crt is also acting as gate keeper to criminal offences. They know someone gave false information, misleading evidence & concealed evidence in a dispute but wont refer him to crown counsel. Shouldn’t it be crowns decision if it meets the criteria for successful prosecution?

Honourable Cromwell “ Access to justice is more than access, it is about just outcomes” @CivResTribunal read this, learn from it. A2J is not your solution explorer, you have to adjudicate disputes fairly or you are cheating people of the justice they are seeking. @darin_thompson

I completely misunderstood this to mean it was NOT okay to mislead & lie to a tribunal. Just like the @CivResTribunal the @LawSocietyofBC are #hypocrites that don’t hold members accountable to their code of conduct. #shameful

There’s a lot of clarification needed for the decision to be transparent. @BCLawInstitute @CivResTribunal Funny how this email from Mr Rogers is a contradiction to what they told the court. It’s ok for them to amend a decision when it suits them but they wouldn’t even clarify my dispute saying it’s not open for decision makers to explain afterwards @darin_thompson @lawyersdailyca

Train them all you want but the real test is their work. How could the @CivResTribunal ever know if they’re following their training when you tell ppl “members decisions must speak for themselves”? You just hire/train them and hope for the best? @tla_bc @ROADforBC @Dave_Eby

How can fair decisions be made when members don’t require evidence on contested issues where there would be evidence and it could be obtained? E.g a promotion! Evidence means nothing with the @CivResTribunal. #thishappenedtome #saynotothecrt #unfairprocess @ROADforBC @Dave_Eby

Disregarding registered copyrights in a copyright case is like disregarding x-rays in an injury case. @CivResTribunal How can fair decisions be made when members can reject prima facia evidence & legal documents and not explain why? #saynotothecrt @ROADforBC @icbc @Dave_Eby

Here’s another question, how would the tribunal ever know if rules were broken? Lets pretend a member didn’t follow the rules what would the tribunal do? What are the consequences because without any what’s ensuring that they are followed?

@CivResTribunal is it really wrong to cover up evidence? because if this is true why didn’t your member ask the respondents for the concealed statement I said they had? You confirmed they can ask for evidence during a hearing so I’m confused again! #notafairprocess @ROADforBC
