It might be controversial but.... India should not anger America... Our entire IT is dependent on USA... If USA wants they can crush our entire IT. "We neither create jobs nor supports merit, but when USA comes to give jobs based on merit... we fight with USA !!"
@CoderUday Odd Day: India should not anger America. Even Day: Why is Modi not directly taking Trump's name and calling him a "liar."
@CoderUday True that our IT industry is linked to the US. But let’s not forget America’s biggest tech giants run on Indian talent. Dependence is mutual, not one-sided.
India is angering america or is it the other way around? by your logic we should just forever follow their command & do as they say to avoid “angering” them.. stop russian oil? ok. stop iranian oil? ok. buy oil from america at 2x the price? ok. buy their weapons? ok. give kashmir to pak? ok. let them make a base here? ok. I mean somewhere we have to draw the line
@CoderUday I beg you stupid fucks to keep threatening us. Do you think we care if these companies go bankrupt? If suddenly Google and YouTube stop working? America existed before tech startups started scalping brick and mortar businesses, and it existed before Indians scalped tech startups
Kid, stop learning from whatsapp university. Read daily newspapers, reports etc. 2012 - India US bilateral agreement where India agreed to create 50000 jobs for americans in USA. This was done at that time when America was facing huge unemployment due to recession of 2008-09. It was economic depression phase.
@CoderUday They can't stop everything in a day or even in a year or in decade. And if they do that, their entire IT industry will collapse.
@CoderUday You need to change your career from Coding to something else.
@CoderUday They won’t do anything reckless. If they intended to, they would have done it by now. The United States remains one of the major sponsors of global terrorism.
@CoderUday US companies cannot move away from Indian IT vendors in the short term. There is mutual dependency, not a one way street
@CoderUday If our people won't work, the company would be collapsed !!
@CoderUday indian IT lacks real merit, innovation, and job creation. we survive on US money. instead of fighting them, we should build skills, reward talent, and create products that matter.
@CoderUday geopolitics are not soo easy to understand! India is not showing anger but showing the alternative ways leads to trade. India is strengthening actually. who will care a lone country?
@CoderUday Depending on the US for IT jobs doesn’t mean India has to accept everything without question. It’s like a woman in an abusive marriage who stays only because she’s financially dependent, does that make it right for her to keep tolerating abuse? Dependency shouldn’t mean silence.
@CoderUday Your profile says you’re a software engineer . From where they will get the resources to deliver projects ? US cannot think about touching the Indian IT Services. That will be another shot in the another foot . They have already shot one with 50% Tariffs (or Sanctions).
@CoderUday You seem to have knowledge of 100rs petrol in bike rather understanding crude market. Nothing will happen, US can't afford to lose big consumer market
@CoderUday India's IT and Pharma industry is really dependent on the US. It's good that they don't control Agri or Dairy. But I don't think we should be bullied anyways. IT services firms provide services to the biggest financial firms in the US. US gets generic medicine thanks to India
India and Indians greatly over estimate themselves. The whole bunch of engineers who moved from lower middle class using IT jobs was mostly because businesses worldwide and specifically in America needed them. Had they been waiting on Indian government they would still be living their miserable lives. IT is anyway slowly moving to cheaper countries such as Vietnam because apparently Indian IT labour has started to become expensive.
@CoderUday Nope, it's completely the other way around and when the time comes, you gotta draw a line fgs
@CoderUday Like they can't stop outsourcing major manufacturing to China. Similarly they can't stop outsourcing Software engineering & development given to India. They don't have enough people to support their own infrastructure.
@CoderUday Arey bhai, Microsoft Google ka sabse bada market hum hai.. China aadha ban kiya hai .. hum bhi bhaga de to unka market crash ho jayega.. aeats now they dont want this
MERIT is a outcome not a representation. Don’t be naive , don’t talk like an average person, where social indicator have collated towards MERIT to certain section of society . Don’t offer your justifications on merit , without looking at previlages that add up to create to this merit which seriously limited to overall creation of merit . The culture and social capital becomes merit . Look at history the privilege groups had better connection and welfare for the dominant groups, unlike lesser dominant group had no social capital and therefore social Inequalities . So how many Indians have the privilege like the dominant group . To look further the oppressed and deprived groups need to undergo a systemic improvement in their material condition are necessary like quality of life ,good ecosystem which the dwell in ,improve their living conditions quality educationa and teacher . So merit it just a outcome not a representation, representation enjoyed by the dominant group .
@CoderUday why assume that the employer always has an upper hand over the employee, in a zoomed out perspective they r co-dependent, they need us as much as we need them , there's a reason IT shifted out of the states and still remains largely in India (AI might disrupt that in the future )
@CoderUday You should not forget that they cant do it without indians!
@CoderUday Yes, trade and visa policies could create challenges, but Indian IT is deeply integrated with US operations. Hurting us would hurt them too. We bring value, leadership, and innovation; and that’s our pride.
@CoderUday USA is in trillions of debt which they have to pay this year. This entire thing is facade on surface. If prioritizing our security and getting things 20% cheaper is angering America, then they should mind their own business
@CoderUday Grow up boy, Uday from the slumber of IT services world. Don't underestimate your strength. American IT is dependent on IT experts of Bharat. Come out of phobia of "Terrorist Trump's Tarrifs Terror" 4T. Remember, 4T will demage mainly Americans. x.com/rav26051/statu…
@CoderUday Yeah, but Donald Trump is sleeping with Asif Munir, how do you expect a normal relation with them?
@CoderUday Every country that built real tech power did it by reducing dependency. India has the brains, but not the ecosystem yet.
@CoderUday Indian huge market is a weapon itself, it can be used carefully. The thing is ,if not today then usa will do it some day for sure but they will do it when it'll hurt india most.
@CoderUday Volume of the IT industry is chokehold for India and US. And that's why US is silently slicing IT towards South (Eastern) Asian Nations. Traditional roles like SWE/SDE will be the fodder for this transition while the upcoming tech and roles will become fluent in India, anna.
@CoderUday Well said but a very big chunk of their IT is dependent on us as well. However, I totally agree we are slaving our talent to the west instead of building anything here! God knows when we will truly start building
@CoderUday No country does any favours to another country on trade. Indian IT serves an essential need of the US. They can shut it off, but they will also lose. Bottom line, India should not take shit from the US on Russian oil!
@CoderUday so you mean India should suck the americans as the IT slaves?
@CoderUday the reason why usa’s IT dept is so huge is because of us indians….
