I helped build Google's Inactivity account manager, it's a great feature and everyone should set it up on all their platforms. Big use cases: - Don't let your photos disappear, share them with loved ones - Share account numbers and asset locations only after death

An observation: When companies put a claim in their name, it's almost certainly not true. But because it's in their name, vs. a claim in their advertising, you can't argue with them. Used to just apply to chinese restaurants and plumbers, but now: bbc.com/news/world-us-…

I am curious how @Spotify aligns prohibiting transfers to competing services with Article 20 of GDPR, it would seem like there is a "technically feasible" way to do a direct transfer, they would just prefer people didn't: appleinsider.com/articles/20/10…

Crazy, if you try to print the @Dropbox transparency report(dropbox.com/transparency/r…), none of the numbers show up, both Safari and Chrome. Overall theirs is really pretty but seriously lacking in usability: no download, no deep links, and no print screen.
