There is no reason to retweet this picture of this Amiga. I just want to live in a world where an image of the greatest computer ever made can reach 3248 retweets. Maybe I'm just dreaming. #Amiga
Realistically this will never reach that amount.😂
@CommodoreBlog @MrBoffly Kick Off 2 and It Came From The Desert? I should fucking say so 👍
@CommodoreBlog @rexthedogge ok i retweet and hope you'll do the same for my still working Amiga 500 👍
@CommodoreBlog The one with Indivison AGA MK2 and Blizzard 1230MK IV with FPU and 32mb ram and SCSI Kit add-on so it has 128Mb added there. Making the computer have 160Mb added ram. OtherA1200 has TF1260 and other bits.
@CommodoreBlog My beauty with the fucking expensive accelerator board inside😂😂👍👍
@CommodoreBlog @jimblimey I also put mine for the community 🥰
@CommodoreBlog I’m confused… you mention “Greatest computer ever made” but then show a picture of the Amiga instead of the C64. Amiga killed Commodore and was the reason we never got the C65.. so, yeah, meh.
@CommodoreBlog I love my 1200 but i always think the 500 was the better machine, Better upgrades available on the 500 & cheaper...i know people say its got the aga chipset but how many software titles push the 1200 to its limits?
@CommodoreBlog I too want to live in a world where an image of the greatest computer ever made, the Apple II, can reach 3248 retweets, and this is why I added a photo of one.
@CommodoreBlog I want one. Sadly, A1200 prices are beyond stupid 😔
@CommodoreBlog My fav computer too. I really do love the design of the A1200, it's very sleek, elegant and practical. Much nicer-looking than the A500, imo.
@CommodoreBlog Without a doubt the greatest computer ever made. That's my main machine, nothing too fancy inside - just a cf card set up and some extra ram for whload. Mainly use it for octamed and dpaint. Got me another 2 vanilla 1200s and a cd32 with a tf328. Also a 500 I'm gonna Pi500.
@CommodoreBlog very nice picture which deserves a retweet 😉 But, it would be better with the A1200 powered on and plugged on a wonderful CRT screen 😉
@CommodoreBlog Had one myself with 50mhz 68030 + FPU and 32MB ram ( 32MB seems a lot back then before bloatware )
@CommodoreBlog @TheOneAW 4096 would be a nice number to reach...
@CommodoreBlog Is there a way to remap the key immediately to the right of the left shift key? I’d love it to behave just like the left shift key. Otherwise, it’s a stretch to get past it. And, on my A1200 the key is blank and does seemingly nothing.
@CommodoreBlog @ojrask Back in Germany, there's an Amiga 1200 in an Infinitiv tower with Blizzard 1260, SCSI-II controller, a few hard drives, CD-ROM, CD-Writer, and Zip Drive waiting for me. Even when I already used Linux on a PC, the Amiga was my go-to machine for email, copying CDs, and music.
@CommodoreBlog @BrutalDeluxe3 You deserve a retweet and a follow for having such fine taste. xxx
@CommodoreBlog Retweeted! +1 for being the Amiga 1200. 😉👍
@CommodoreBlog Funny looking speccy
@CommodoreBlog Any reason for 3248? I'm writing a book called #20GOTO10 about the numbers in retro computing, and would like to include this, if there's a special meaning to it! ObURL: unbound.com/books/20goto10
@CommodoreBlog German Keyboard made since more then 50 years ago, Siemens Keyborads! 👍
@CommodoreBlog @nivrig Can’t argue with that - done 👍🏻
@CommodoreBlog @CptSparky360 The greatest ever made you say? There was just one from that era that had loftier capabilities 😏
@CommodoreBlog @bag_of_hats Let me just emphasize: "The greatest computer ever made!" I miss my A1200 so much...
