Most of us grew up with Amiga 500's. I'm sure a lot of you know the range of big box Amiga's. Any of you own one of these? Maybe an Amiga 4000 even? #amiga
@CommodoreBlog Yup :) A2000 in the process of being pimped out :)
@CommodoreBlog Besides my original Amiga 500, I've got a 1000 (not really big box) and a 2000. Wish I had grabbed the 3000 I had a chance to buy years ago.
@CommodoreBlog Amiga 2000 and 4000T here... Both "slightly" expanded. :)
@CommodoreBlog @RetroZoneUK2014 No chance! A3000 or food/electrically. Still would like one now but far too much £££
@CommodoreBlog I always wanted an Amiga but ended up with everything but. vmexplorer.com/2015/03/13/my-…
@CommodoreBlog I always (and still do) want a big box Amiga. They're were too much money back then, and they're still too much money now. The dream that never will be.☹️
@CommodoreBlog I grew up with the 2000 with two disks. No disk swapping was the ultimate bliss!
@CommodoreBlog I had an Amiga 1500 here in the UK, think it was just a rebranded 2000 like an idiot I sold it about 20 years ago for a pittance.
@CommodoreBlog My last Amiga was an A4000/030. 🕹 Great machine. Expanded it to 112MB RAM, 040 CPU @ 40MHz (Apollo), and a Picasso IV GFX card. 👍 I gave it to a fellow Amiga fan a few years ago when I left the country. He’s still got it. He replaced the clock-battery and loud power-supply fan.
@CommodoreBlog Not got one. a bit on the expensive side now to buy. I have a CDTV. That's big and boxy.
@CommodoreBlog Amiga 2000 was my main computer for years!
@CommodoreBlog I just sold the A4000/LC040 (rev D) that has been sitting in my parents’ back room in Newcastle (Australia) for the last ten years. Booted second go :)
@CommodoreBlog Wow, that gotek perfectly matches. Is that stock color? I had only some that were more light grayish. 🤔
@CommodoreBlog Amiga CDTV and 4000/030 both mine from new and in need some TLC after years in storage. Hoping to get them working this year!
