When Abed is reading out the Spanish final scores in 'English as a Second Language' (s1e24) there is a reference to Brittany Baker (twice) on the score sheet. She is later named by the Dean as a Transfer Queens nominees in S1e25. Buddy isn't listed on the final score sheet.

Dan Harmon recently told @Independent that one of the scrapped storyline ideas would have focused on Jeff being a 'shy pooper'. The idea ended up featuring in Rick & Morty Season 4's episode 'The Old Man and the Seat'.

When the Study Group is being expelled in 'Course Listing Unavailable' (s3e18) there is the state flag of Colorado to the left of the group. This is best evidence of where Community was set before it was confirmed in Season five.

There is a deleted/alternative scene in 'Ladders' (s6e1) where Annie gets hurt by the Ladder's Professor. In the alternative scene Jeff rushes to the nurses office, with Annie having no noticeable injuries. In the original scene Jeff rushes to class with Annie in a neck brace.

During the opening tag of 'Intro to Political Science' (s2e17) the group are placing notches under the desk, and Jeff has notches to brag about references to his abs. Also on Jeff's portion of the desk is the word 'Michelle', a reference to when Jeff dated Slater in Season One.

When Pierce is asleep in 'English as a Second Language' (s1e24) the group have to try and wake him up for the Spanish finals. He is holding a book called 'Talk Dirty Spanish', which a foreshadowing of his brief fling with Dr. Escodera who made the test easy for them.

There is a deleted scene from 'Mixology Certification' (s2e10) where Chang's absence is explained. He calls Jeff to ask if he is doing anything, and Jeff says the group are studying. The camera pans out to see Chang and the ruined birthday cake, knowing Jeff lied to him.
