I just witnessed my neighbor use hot water to de-ice their windshield. Was about to walk out and say something but I was too late. Ended as you would expect. Now needing a new windshield. Happy Monday everyone!

Being a landlord has its perks while on the adventure. Blasting my punk/emo playlist while cooking for my tenants while we discuss their expansion ideas is how some Fridays should be spent. Build your own empire but also help people along the way to help them build theirs.

Things are starting to look up. Leaving my toxic work environment shortly as there is no winning a rigged game. New job tentatively lined up going back into the tech/education arena. Building a new house in the next year or so. So far I’m satisfied on how things are progressing
