You guys don’t get it. Trump’s coalition of incredibly disengaged low-ed voters are some of the least resistant people to huge price increases or job losses. He’ll never lose them.
“Trump and nobody else” voters have 12 months of liquid cash reserves on hand to weather out any trouble.
Dumb guy here said “least resistant” when he meant to say most resistant or least impacted lol.
@Conblob Um I know zero low-ed people who simultaneously have 12 months of liquid cash reserves…. And I live in Texas so I know PLENTY of low-eds
@Conblob Show me where they have that money. I will take the under
@Conblob I have years of cash reserves but what good will it do when the value of the cash declines? This was the same issue with the Biden administration. I made plenty of money, but its value declined. I voted to stop that decline, not hasten it!
@Conblob Hahaha, most won't make it 3 months if they lose their jobs.
@Conblob The magic of being a “small business owner” tbh
@Conblob You aren't taking I to account no income taxes. If you remove income taxes and put in place consumption/use/tariff taxes you alleviate the immediate pain and we all prosper and make a fuck ton of money in the long run...
@Conblob Poor people don't have 12 months cash on hand you fucking liar.
@Conblob bankrate.com/banking/saving… it could be much shorter. 28% of americans have 6 months of savings or more. working class republicans probably are not among them
@Conblob This feels like it’s been generalized from the traditions of a certain religion that is, let’s say, not all that commonly practiced in the Deep South, Midwest and Appalachia.
@Conblob Not the ones I know. They live check to check.
