Now you can finally grant AAD groups local admin rights to #Windows10 devices when joining to AAD. You need to create an AAD group with assigned members and select the new option: AAD roles can be assigned to the group. Then you can select the group as Device Administrators.

If you are deploying Windows 10 1903 and use SCCM to deploy updates, make sure to update the product catalog of your SUP. A new product is created for both Windows 10 and Windows Server 1903+. Only selecting "Windows 10" product is not enough to sync new updates.
