It's so hard to find things/ thoughts to write about. But when you start writing anything and just going with the flow, You begin to find things to say and ways to say it. And it just clicks. Man... writing is mysterious but when understood it's magical.

When telling someone what should be cut out of their life, also tell them what they need to replace their vices. “Don't do this, do this instead” It gives a sense of direction and control in the mind. People won't feel lost and restricted, hence going back to their vices.

One of my problems in life right now is that I believe that someone is going to come and save me. I couldn't be further from the truth, I know no one is coming to save me. But for Some reason, I don't see any problem. I don't have any urgency to get shit done regardless.

When you know what you need to do and what you shouldn't be doing it is easier for you to stay on track. Before committing a vice your mind will redirect you to what's right, hence staying on track. This takes time to create habitual repetition in the mind.

When you get told what not to do and what not to say, you feel restricted and stuck. “Ok, don't jerk off, don't watch Netflix, don't watch porn” But then what do I do instead? I feel restricted and lost. No sense of direction. These vices have to be replaced not cut off.
