I’ve never heard a person say why they’re racist… Or fatphobic.. I’ve never heard a reason why someone is transphobic.. I think if we knew ‘why’ these people felt this way there would way less support for these ideals. Because the ‘why’ is more insidious than we realize.

One of the worst sex offenders in recent history served as a Met officer for 20 years. Despite the police being repeatedly told of allegations, he was allowed to serve, carry a gun and use his position to assault women. This is not a “bad apple”. The problem is institutional.

The Barbarian. Horrific. The way this film mutates, shocks, and still manages to be somewhat predictable. Absolutely fucking awful 10/10 would recommend this.
