Happy #worldbookday2024 I’ve been reading this book whilst sitting in waiting rooms at my hospital appointments in Jan/Feb. Today I’ve finished it in the car at J’s Chiro appt. I like to read instead of scrolling on my phone. I like modern authors. My favourite is Lisa Jewell.

That’s my 8th Covid booster done today. Hubby had his booster and his flu jab. There are benefits to being my carer/ living in the same household as someone who is severely #immunosuppressed!God bless our wonderful NHS. I just wish people would wear masks 😷 when asked/required

This afternoon I notched up my 100th subcutaneous immunoglobulin infusion, to replace one part of my deficient immune system. Thank you to all the wonderful plasma donors out there. #immunotherapy #ImmuneDeficiency #primary immunodeficiency #CVID

#HappyHANweek2023 #enteralfeeding #thisisme @pinnt @BAPENUK It's not easy having a feeding tube. You have to care for it on a daily basis, check the sterile water level every week, and change it regularly. But I'm so grateful mine keeps me alive and fed!

Dear @sainsburys you have introduced smart shop for nectar prices for certain items that I buy regularly but as a disabled customer I am losing out because I can only shop online. Several items today have cost me more. Surely this is discrimination against online shoppers like me

I can’t believe I had my 6th Covid jab a week ago and my arm still hurts! I did say last time, Moderna hurts. I’ve had 2 AZ, 2 Pfizer and 2 Moderna.

After my bad fall y’day, I was treated with such care by the A&E team at @HillingdonNHSFT I cannot fault them for their wonderful bedside manner in all aspects of the treatment I received. Thank you particularly to the X ray dept, Nurse Mandy & Dr Ramray for stitching my knees up

I’m Triple vaccinated & awaiting my 4th as I’m immunosuppressed. Always wear a #mask. Even double mask. Anybody not wearing a mask is a SELFISH GIT and is no friend of mine. Stop wearing these fake “I’m exempt” badges and sunflower lanyards. They are Nothing to do with masks!

Continuing my @waitrose missing items in Christmas delivery saga that has entertained half of Twitter this afternoon but made me feel significantly ignored because I cannot risk the shops due to being CEV and immunocompromised, we have managed to Amazon Prime a Christmas Pudding!
