Learning to balance this not only with memorization, visualization but also documentation is a beautiful thing when you can use all 3. 1 in itself is beautiful yes but being able to do all 3 at once is something remarkable. I think it aids with mastery of data for me personally.

Frequency with me is a beautiful thing due to when things occur or I speak on truth i sometimes get an instant sweat over my body. Other times a wave of energy in my head, while others it radiates through my whole body. Instant sweat is a factor in these or bursts of energy.
