Learning to smother! ⚽️ Dribblers in own lane, first to 5 runs wins! 3 balls (lives) each! 🧤 GK in the middle attempts to smother / win the ball, if GK successfully smothers, roll ball into Goal. GKs get a point for each smother + additional points for successful dribble.

🧤 Practicing the ‘smother’! ⚽️ When engaging in 1 v 1s, the smother is a great tool to use. It can be daunting diving in at the strikers feet so here the GK is practicing moving forwards and meeting the ball before it passes the orange cones.
