We have been told that the Datacenter Network Admin is not in until 4-5 hours from now and cannot switch the BGP Peer Announcements until then. We are working on other ways to get everything back online. We Thank you for your patience and understanding.

We have the Firewall fixed, now we are just waiting on BGP Changes by Datacenter. We do not have a ETA right now of when it will be resolved due to waiting on Datacenter Support to do so on there routers.

It appears the outage that has been happening is a result of the DC having Hardware problems(Not CubeData's equipment), no ETA on restore right now. Thank you for your patience & understanding while we work with the Datacenter directly to handle this issue.

Due to upcoming migrations planned and scheduled for April 6th 2024 the old SolusVM Xen nodes will be wiped and redone with Proxmox. Please ensure you have all of your data and all migrated to your new VM given on the new Proxmox Nodes before this date.
