Never seen British (or Belgian or Australian) player to wave a national flag after winning in snooker. I don't like it one bit. But it just shows what the Chinese are thinking: it's their sport now. #HaloWorldChampionship
@CuePowerBlog 2010 World Champion Neil Robertson did his mom came down and gave Neil the Australian flag and Victoria who as been like a second mom to Zhou Xintong did after becoming the 2025 World Champion nothing wrong with being proud to represent the country of your birth. @EdwardsTips_
@CuePowerBlog Apart from Willo wrapping up in a Welsh flag? Or Robbo getting his Aussie flag as the first Australian winner?
@CuePowerBlog A flag having a chokehold over you, get a grip big man.
@CuePowerBlog Are you ok? Or just a stupid racist sore loser.
@CuePowerBlog Snooker is massive in China. He's their 1st world champion. It's obviously special to him and China. Live and let live
@CuePowerBlog They stole the snooker tech and now they ste dominating the industry with cheap shots forcing western snooker to close down 🥱
@CuePowerBlog Nothing wrong with it. Good on him. The welsh flag would have been out if Willo had come back to win
@CuePowerBlog You just don't like him. That is completely obvious at this point. I'm glad you were wrong
@CuePowerBlog It’s because they love snooker and have been trying to win the world championship for a long time and he’s the first. Nothing wrong with it.
@CuePowerBlog Your ‘dislike’ reveals more about you than China: When Europeans celebrate = ‘passion’ When Chinese celebrate = ‘ownership’ Funny how that works. 🤔 I detect a smelly racist!
@CuePowerBlog 150m watching in China, they said
@CuePowerBlog He is just proud of his heritage. It's a big moment for snooker. Pretty sure neil had an aussie flag out when he won.
@CuePowerBlog He should be allowed to celebrate his nation
@CuePowerBlog Nothing wrong with what he did. 1st Asian to win the world is huge. Been 20 years in the making and what a player this guy is. One of the best I’ve seen since Ronnie.
@CuePowerBlog Despite the corrections I think you're right, that definitely felt like a statement of supremacy, ordered from above.
@CuePowerBlog Why shouldn’t they be proud of there nation and the first of his nation to win at the crucible, what’s the problem, put the work in and win,do what they want
@CuePowerBlog It was a statement, like putting a flag on the moon. Snooker now belongs to China. Thousands of free potting, fearless teenage Chinese snooker robots will take over the game. Bigger question should be, where are all the young British players ?
@CuePowerBlog The first Asian champion it’s a big deal.Just enjoy the snooker and relax m8
@CuePowerBlog If one of those nations you mentioned did do it, would you be just as upset?
@CuePowerBlog Australian winner Neil Robertson (With the national flag!) You’re correct though, if it wasn’t for China and their financial support for the game of Snooker it wouldn’t exist anymore
@CuePowerBlog Pleased to see him show he’s proud of where he came from and the history he has made.
@CuePowerBlog Evil Chinese loves his country 😅
@CuePowerBlog Good job you are not in charge then really!
@CuePowerBlog youtube.com/watch?v=AXjENp… Robbo did it
@CuePowerBlog Fair play to him. He demolished the opposition. It's up to the others to be better now!
@CuePowerBlog The Chinese see it as a duty when they're successful in sport. I'd overlook it. It's a very proud moment. They're gonna rule the sport anyway.
@CuePowerBlog It’s happened before. Get over it.
