AB84 is bad news (California). California tends to be quite unfriendly toward charter schools. Sadly, California's test scores are quite sour [ppic.org/publication/ca…]. You would think that since charter schools outperform the standard brick-and-mortar institutions…

I recommend this book. It is a quick read written from a Japanese perspective. The first Japanese POW (Matsumoto) noted how kind and compassionate the Americans were during his time in prison. #PearlHarbor
