On Tuesday 16th April. We will be at Abercwmboi Rugby Club Connecting Communities in Cynon Hosted by @InterlinkRCT. We will have information about diabeties come and have a chat or just come and say Hello. from 9.30am till 12.30pm. @AberdareOnline @DiabetesUKCymru
