@mastr_mastr You are argueing from a vacuum As the thread explained Alternatives to BTC are a better form of digital gold compared to BTC Also BTC is terrible money without TX capacity It fails in divisabilty, fungibility & portability 3 out of 4 of Aristotle's definition of good money!

10/11) Another case is that people evaluate BTC in a vacuum As if you closed your eyes & pretended that other cryptocurrencies did not exist In a vacuum, BTC is actually incredible However, comparatively speaking, it is incredibly bad That BTC is still n.1 in market cap:

9/11) All of this adds to BTC fundamentally being in a very sorry state Yet many people are still treating it as if it is the greatest thing ever None of these narratives are based on true comparative fundamental analysis But irrational & emotional appeals to human greed

6/11) BTCs economic qualities are also incredibly weak With an uncertain limited supply BTC is competing with cryptocurrencies that can achieve negative inflation Due to fee burning, high capacity & high utility Such as ETH post-merge & alternatives such as AVAX, NEAR & EGLD
