Tactically I get very worried when the chatter gets loud and the screenshots become regular. Then I remember that government bodies and central banks have been increasingly eroding the value of dollars which quite quickly leads you back to assets.

Betting towards money growth is an interesting concept. This trade is hard to go against until the value of money changes or you go to a new currency. This has inherent tail risks associated.

Cautionary tale for founders and investors. Protect your phycology by tempering that temptation to spend too long in your head in hypothetical scenarios. It’s probably more destructive than screen time.

Would you prefer to own bitcoin or a company that can borrow dollars to buy bitcoin in a leveraged way. The only catch is that there is a tail-risk that ends up in your equity being diluted to next to nothing and/or the borrowers take the Bitcoin. $BTC $MSTR
