Der immer noch amtierende Verkehrsminister @AndiScheuer hat gerade angekündigt, bis 2025 26,6 Mrd € für Strassenbau auszugeben. Genau daran mangelt es in diesem Land.

Dear @Renfe (Spanish railway company), having to pack our bike in such a huge, wasteful box does not make travelling by train a pleasure. Your employees were very nice ❤ but you should rethink the way you transport bicycles. We're friends 🚂+🚲=😍, so please act like it.

It‘s not just the weather or the strike, I think it‘s simply difficult and too expensive to travel with a bike in trains especially when you compare it with low tax flights. No new story though.

At the moment there is no easy way to travel through parts of Europe by train and bicycle in an environmentally friendly way. Buying a train ticket with the only options: no train today, a bad connection tomorrow and a cheap plane ticket at any time just feels so wrong to us.

Dear politicians, why not make it easier to book an environmentally friendly train🚂ticket through Europe? Why does taking a bicycle🚴‍♂️on the train still has to feel like an adventure on it's own? Why is flying✈still easier and cheaper than travelling through Europe by train?

With a🖕and more than disappointed about the failed COP25, where activists where treaded like the enemy and fossil fuel interests where allowed to take central stage, stopping real progress, our second activist, who cyled from Germany to Madrid, attempts to return home by train.
