Too bad @XYZprinting doesn't seem to realize the free advertising they get from being used in schools. I definitely won't be repurchasing filament (especially when I have good filament but the wrong NFC chip) for the printer or recommending it to parents who ask. #davincimini

I'm a STEM teacher that just inherited a Da Vinci Mini 3D printer that was purchased just under a year ago by the former art teacher. She ordered the wrong XYZ filament. Customer service @XYZprinting says that they can't do anything to help me out. #davincimini
