Looking for advice from #LawLibrarians: is there a way to identify (pref. on @HeinOnline but other resources are options) journal special issues on a given topic? I searched for "special issue" and "[topic]" but that was way too broad.

I'm doing real research along with this, but also want to hear y'all's thoughts: best option for a website plug-in to support multiple languages? I don't mind machine translation as long as it also allows for manual/human correction. My question is currently CMS neutral.
