All the catalysts for $QUIL are in place. Buyers buying ETH, verge of BTC.D dropping, pre-minted tokens from quil are no longer claimable. 2.1 most likely in the next few weeks. Nil launching to bring spotlight back to privacy. I’m surprised how well the timing has worked out.
