बंगला देश की सीमा पर और बंगाल की खाड़ी में मिलिट्री ऑपरेशन बढा कर बंग्लादेशियों को भारत से जबरन डिपोर्ट करना चाहिए। सीमा पर एयरफोर्स को भी एक्टिव कर देना चाहिए।
शिक्षा नीति और सिलेबस अंतरराष्ट्रीय शिक्षा स्तर को ध्यान में रख कर तय करना चाहिए और शिक्षा संस्थानों के शिक्षण और परीक्षा पर कठोर अंकुश लगाया जाना चाहिए। सिलेबस आठवें वर्ग से मास्टर डिग्री तक एक साथ बनना चाहिए। वर्तमान में जो राष्ट्रीय शिक्षा नीति तय हुई है, बिहार में यह असफल है।
