In rocketry, what goes up must come down GENTLY. So yesterday we had the pleasure of giving @DanSTAR_dtu a course in parachute packing prior to their recovery system test campaign. Their team is busy finishing the bi-liquid Fornax rocket for the European Rocketry Challenge.🚀
We have #liftoff 🚀 (on testing season, at least)! We started with our #telemetry system and went straight for the kill, #testing it over a distance of 4km. There are still improvements to be made, but this brings us one step closer to taking #Fornax from our garage to the skies!
✅ Fluid system complete! The fluid system is technically just a bunch of pipes, tube connectors and similar – but boyyy does it look like #ActualRocketScience when assembled! 🤩 Next up: cable harness and then a whole bunch of testing! #ActualRocketScience #DanSTARdtu #DTUdk
