**DO NOT USE** @JustEatUK instead use @ubereats_uk / @FoodhubUK etc their service is much better. If you have a problem & don’t have a phone to hand u get penalised. They’re a disgrace. Rather than calling the restaurant (who acknowledged mistake) they just close you off!

How does @JustEatUK survive with such crap customer service. @McDonaldsUK gave the wrong food and restaurant brill in recognising their mistake but no refund from Just Eat because I didn’t have my phone to take pics! Utter crap! App deleted!
