I think the videos of @flyingbeast320 is more valuable. 1. RAT present inside the airport, i.e Dual Engine Failure is there just after V1 2. Exact conversation between pilots are not released. 3. No further recommendation is a Joke. Clearly, its a Technical failure.

Fuel Control switch has a locking facility, no pilot will off it during takeoff within seconds. I absolutely don't think this is a error from the pilot. @flyingbeast320 and @boeingboytapshi and other pilots are also defining the same thing. Pilot's error is verymuch unlikely.
