🚨 Big Deal 🚨 CCSD is starting the school year with most teachers/licensed staff they have ever started with. A decade ago there were 56 licensed staff per 1,000 students. Today there are over 66 licensed staff per 1,000 students. In other words, there is now a licensed staff for every 15 students. 🤯 It's going to be a good year! 🎉

@DataInsightPart CCSD keep hiring more "learning strategists" at each school site these are people counted as licensed staff while functioning as admin and not teaching any classes
