When I first learned time series forecasting, it didn't click. Later, I discovered forecasting with machine learning and it was a lightbulb moment. Starting tomorrow, I will begin a series of posts on time series forecasting with ML. I hope many professionals find it…
I find this amusingly meta. When I prompt Copilot in Excel, it mostly generates machine learning Python code. So, when analyzing data, new-fangled AI relies on good old-fashioned AI. BTW - Yes. Machine learning is a form of AI. Ask any computer scientist.
