If your main character starts out as a loser/ disadvantaged in society, introduce a partner/friend who is larger than life as a foil and 180 degrees different. It's hard to get people to follow a loser, or someone disadvantaged. .... Your thoughts.

Lol. I put out a tweet about Tesla mini homes being the solution for the homeless after seeing multiple videos about them on YouTube for sale at anything between 6 & 10k. Turns out it's clickbait as Tesla don't even make them. You live and learn.

Just a thought. Many films are no longer than. 2 hrs. Books are generally no longer than 90k words with listening/reading time of 9hrs. Why? Do you think books should be shorter than what they are?

AI update Lol. In the Daiiy Mail news today, a guy in the UK used AI chatbot to outline his defense against the tax authority who wanted 12k from him. Judge scolded him cos AI halucinated ficticious outcomes of similar tribunals. You have to laugh.

Got the cooking bug lately. Frying small chunks of chicken breastwith sliced onion in olive oil. Draining when cooked then covering in cream and heating up and stirring in either ground pepper, or mustard, then pouring it over rice and mixed veg. Yummy

I think it's James Patterson who did this in a book I read. He titled it - THEN. blank pages, then NOW and he made millions. Done right, prologues as 1st chapters can work, but I guess it's all subjective depending on the individual's tastes. I've seen it used in a others.

The world's gone mad. I got called on a post-apocalyptic audiobook of mine, because I had a Tesla Cyber truck in there and they abandoned the story. The only reason I named and used it, was because it was bullet and EMP proof. Ah, well, that's how it in today's political climate.
