The entire @emirates Chennai office at Prestige Palladium has just one staff with loads of customers waiting. I walk in at 12 noon and they say that I need to wait till 2 PM. Come on @emirates, after taking a big chunk of money on tickets, why are you so under-staffed?

Last week, I visited two different banks - @ICICIBank and @canarabank for some personal work. I noted a huge difference in customer service in these banks. @ICICIBank treated us so well. @canarabank gave us a bitter experience. Why are some government banks rude to its customers?

My car had again been broken and parts taken this morning. Same incident in happened 3 weeks back. No safety for my life and property. Police please do something.

Been taking my senior citizen mom to different E-seva centres for life certificate as one centre directs us to another and the other centre quotes the lack of facility or no machine installed. Very bad service for senior citizens. Tiring. @chennaicorp @GSBediIAS @CMOTamilnadu .
