Legit looks good !
Used to be much better 10 years ago, spoken as someone who has lived here for 20+ years. Over time the same rot that affects the rest of urban India has taken over — wanton construction, rash driving, gutka spitting, etc. But yes, certainly an oasis in the middle of the hell that is Mumbai.
@DeepknowledgeU Hiranandani has very poor connectivity with rest of Mumbai. otherwise it is one of the better places in the city
@DeepknowledgeU The first land mafia of Mumbai.... The entire land grab game started from this very land from where the photo belongs... Powai was a beautiful hill with lake....was given to the builder for peanuts who destroyed the envt and built a concrete jungle
@DeepknowledgeU All the flats will be shoebox sized. And they won't fulfill most of their promises of this view that view, as a new tower will be built blocking the orior view lol.
@DeepknowledgeU 2 crores for a matchbox? No thanks. The aesthetic of the township? sure.
@DeepknowledgeU Roads outside just right outside or leading to Hiranandani gardens are either choked or dug up.
@DeepknowledgeU Poor connectivity, traffic jams, paan stains, broken trees, discarded trash, and rotting infrastructure as compared to 10 years ago. We make good things, but don’t know how to maintain it.
@DeepknowledgeU This is history. Illegal encroachment and slum dwellers have taken over the stretch from powai Plaza into hiranandani. Gutkha stained galleria mall, broken footpath, stray menace and extensive road digging is current reality @powaiinfo @N_Hiranandani @hiranandanigrp #powai
@DeepknowledgeU Where the property rates are sky rocketed like no other and without logic.
@DeepknowledgeU Thora aage Jaoge to Deloitte USI aayega.
