So far the buyers and sellers that have dropped out on me this year amount to about $5,700,000 in business on-hold or lost. That’s about ~$170k in comp. Sucks right now but the other side of this thing is going to be full of opportunity!! Stay hungry!!

The general lack of empathy or just not caring at all in customer service post-covid is getting out of control. Nobody seems to care about anything, especially when it comes to their jobs. Sad and frustrating.
