Zack Stacey video is the most horrific thing I've seen in a while and it triggered a lot of painful memories. I just hope that the mother and child end up safe and away from him. Sadly, I think this only gives him a few years in prison. :( My head hurts from crying.

So yesterday was my birthday!! I went on a nice hike over 2000ft elevation. I meditated and thought a lot about my life. Just in the past 5 years I have survived cancer with only surgery and a rare blood disease in my breast. Life is just beginning baby😜🥰🥰
