Disclaimer: I haven't used Crowdstrike before. I have heard things but that don't count An upsetting fact that came out of the woodworks is that consumer IT departments of this solution. Had no option to put this type of update in a ring deployment solution. Not an option. Aouch

TLDR for Crowdstrike debacle. Crowdstrike pushed a faulty update in their security software that affected businesses running on Windows. Most business IT Silos don't even trust Microsoft with updates but somehow sec vendors were excempted from the usual scrutiny. Lesson for all
