Big news in FL's Space Coast - Dix Development is overseeing the $2.5-billion, 1,568-acre Ashton Park project. They just recently completed the 1,568-acre land assembly with a final 133-acre purchase for $10M, following earlier buys of 302 acres for $15.6M + 1,134 acres for $74M.
