After building an mvp, one of the next things you need to spend a lot of time on is your onboarding flow. It’s hard to get right first try and if your activation rate is low, your retention rate will be also. - Manually onboard customers - Improve onboarding flow - Repeat daily

Simplicity is underrated, complexity is fake-smart. I've seen 50-page strategy documents. Ridiculous. You need to be able to communicate your strategy in the simplest of terms - both internally and externally. As @bhorowitz put it: “The company story IS the company strategy”

People not working in experimentation/CRO throw "just A/B test it" around like it's as simple as writing a headline, as if you could run statistically valid tests on any page, any site. The sad truth is that most SMBs dont have the volumes to run even a single test per month.
