Former Texas Rangers broadcaster Bob Carpenter announced this will be his last year with the Washington Nationals. I was blessed to work with him and it was a joy and privilege. Bob was one of the best I ever worked with in understanding how to interact with the production crew.

In 1996 the Rangers needed a win or a Seattle loss to the A’s to clinch their 1st Playoff. The home game went into extras and in the 12th inning the A’s won while the Rangers were on the field. Turn up the audio as the legendary Mark Holtz and Tom Grieve process the moment!
