The most important 4 second video I have. I don’t want you doing some hunched over version a crab coming off your line that you saw in a reel. I want you to bloody well SPRINT!!! Then stop, stay tall and be balanced enough to shadow and move. Our sport is different. 👍

To get great at 1v1s you won’t go wrong if you attack them like David Clarke. For me the best 1v1 keeper ever. Here I’m breaking down into first principles his technique. Drill, with control, to develop the FEELS, to be able to do lots of reps, and get that MUSCLE MEMORY. 👍
