OK, after searching alt sources, I now finally know how to unlock packs in Tag Force 3. I mostly have to reach level 45 and beat the Sunday tournaments. That'll be enough packs to help work through the stories. And I'm 32 at the moment. If only this unlock info was on ALL sites.
